Group fitness classes
Over twenty classes a week — spin, HIIT, yoga, Zumba, SilverSneakers, and more — all included with membership. See the weekly schedule for times.
Swim lessons
Group and private lessons for all ages and abilities, from first bubbles to stroke refinement, taught by certified instructors in our lap and therapy pools.
Personal training
Work one-on-one with a certified trainer on strength, mobility, weight management, or sport-specific goals. Sessions are tailored to you and scheduled around your life.
Small group training
The energy of a team with the attention of a coach — train in groups of three to six at a lower cost than individual sessions.
Lifeguard training
Red Cross lifeguard certification courses run several times a year, covering water rescue, CPR/AED, and first aid. Watch the events page for the next course.
Summer camps
Active, screen-free summer weeks packed with swimming, court sports, games, and friendships. Registration opens each spring.
Child supervision
Members can bring the kids while they train — supervised play is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, at no extra charge.
